WEBINAR: Emotional Intelligence: Improving Your Self-Management EQ
Join us for the first Professional Series of the year featuring a very intriguing topic called Emotional Intelligence featuring one of our favorite speakers, Kevin Karshnik. This workshop will focus on self awareness & self management and the second session scheduled for March 10th, 2021 focuses on relationship management. While the both compliment each other - you do not have to attend both to receive full benefit of training.
Emotional Intelligence: Improving Your Self-Management EQ
Emotional intelligence (also known as emotional quotient or EQ) is the capability to recognize, understand, and manage your own emotions and the emotions of others to boost performance, achieve more effective results, and greatly influence your success. In this workshop, Kevin will share a framework for understanding and applying self-awareness and self-management strategies in the workplace. During this session, you will learn to explore your emotions and understand their impact on your work performance, recognize your strengths and weaknesses, and identify your core values and goals to become a more effective leader and achieve positive outcomes. When you understand yourself, you can draw on your own resources and relate fully and completely to others.
