Join us for a comprehensive 1.5-hour course that covers the essentials of compression-only CPR, Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) use, and First Aid for workplace emergencies. This training is designed to equip participants with the skills needed to identify and respond to sudden cardiac events, and other common workplace medical emergencies until first responders arrive.
Upon completion, participants will receive CPR and First Aid certification cards valid for 2 years.
Please Note: This course covers adult response ONLY and does meet Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) requirements.
Tristan joined Beckett in 2022 with over 10 years’ experience as a Construction Safety Professional. Prior to construction, she spent 10 years as a Critical Care/Trauma Registered Nurse in Central Texas. Tristan is dedicated to creating sustainable company safety cultures and passionate about empowering workers through education and engagement. She spent 7 years working on the General Contractor side of the industry before specializing in electrical safety. Her degree in Construction Project Management focused on Lean Principles provides a solid foundational understanding of the entire construction process from piers to paint and bid to closeout. She believes employees make safe choices when motivated by the right reason and work to build a workforce that values life and loved ones over profit and production. She is the proud mother of 5, grandmother of 2, and enjoy spending time on their ranch in Coryell City, Texas as much as possible. Over the past year, they have diligently worked to set Beckett Electrical Services apart from area contractors. Beckett is the only electrical company registered with the Texas Department of License and Regulation as a Continuing Education Provider for electricians, and offers the only 8-hour NFPA 70E Electrical Safety in the Workplace course in Texas.
