Presenter:
Amelia Stuerzenberger is a Senior Project Manager on JLL’s Project and Development Services team in the Austin office. She is responsible for all aspects of finish-out projects from inception and bidding to the final punch walk. Her excellent analytical skills and close attention to details keep projects on time and within budget.
Amelia, a native Austinite, has nearly 15 years of experience in corporate real estate, 11 specifically focused on construction and projectmanagement. Before joining JLL, she spent 10 years at HPI successfully managing construction projects for their clients. She oversaw multiple simultaneous tenant finish and capital projects representing both tenants and landlords, ranging in size from 1,000 SF to 95,000 SF across office,medical and industrial/flex portfolios in Austin and the surrounding area. Her expertise includes reviewing leases and work letters to create value for her clients, as well as value engineering
