Event Description

Strengthen your ability to establish productive relationships with Millennials - the largest generation in our workforce. Our current work environment is one we have never experienced in history, with five generations in one company (Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials, and Generation Z). This presentation will challenge many of the Millennial Myths (lazy, selfish, unsatisfied, and job hop) and provide insights into the mindset of Millennials including their views on technology, how they aspire to make a difference with their work, and how their confidence, high expectations, and achievement focus can benefit your organization. Leaders will leave this session with new insights, skills, and tools for improving the performance and productivity of their millennial staff.
  • Understand the key differences and similarities between 5 generations in the workplace.
  • Improve your communication (frequency, style, alignment, media, and interpretation) with millennials.
  • Create psychological safety (active listening, handling failure, and positivity) when working with millennials.
