This course is designed to equip commercial building engineers with essential knowledge of interior and exterior paint systems, their performance expectations, and best practices for maintenance. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of various coatings, environmental impacts, common paint failures, application challenges, and aftercare strategies to ensure the longevity and aesthetics of painted surfaces.
