Steve Broom is a vertical transportation professional with 27 years of experience in the elevator industry, including 25 years as an elevator contractor. Starting his career in the elevator industry in the late 90’s, Steve worked his way up to an executive role with a major international elevator company, gaining deep technical, operational, and leadership expertise. He now brings this experience to VDA Elevator & Escalator Consulting & Inspections, where he has spent the past two years partnering with clients to effectively manage their vertical transportation assets. His work includes equipment assessments, maintenance contract consulting, modernization planning, and helping organizations reduce risk, control costs, and improve system performance.
