Runi Duvall
VP of Construction & Development, HPI
Runi Duvall is a licensed engineer and the VP of Construction and Development for HPI Real Estate, serving as Owner’s Representative on ground-up construction and tenant interiors projects. Since joining HPI in 2016, she has overseen the construction of millions of square feet of industrial, office, and senior living projects. She collaborates with contractors, design professionals, city officials, utilities, legal personnel, property managers, building technicians, and many others from feasibility through design and permitting, construction, and closeout. Prior to joining HPI, Runi was Senior Construction Manager for Hanger Clinic, the nation’s leading provider of prosthetic limbs and orthotic devices, managing all aspects of construction for the 800+ national portfolio. In her free time Runi enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids, volunteering, and learning to play piano.
