Event Description
Learn how to identify early signs of deterioration in parking lots and garages including cracks, leaks, shifting, and structural damage. This session will cover preventative maintenance practices engineers can perform, commonly used repair materials such as Tammspatch II, Dural 452, DowSil 795, and Tremco Dymonic, and when it’s time to call a professional. Attendees will also gain insight into warranties, proper maintenance practices, and how to avoid voiding coverage.

Anthony Hernandez
General Manager | ATX High Rise Access

Anthony Hernandez is a Central Texas native with more than 20 years of experience in industrial rope access and exterior building maintenance. As General Manager of ATX High Rise Access, he oversees complex high-rise maintenance and restoration projects throughout the region.

Anthony’s expertise includes waterproofing, window leak investigations, wet-seal glazing, concrete repair, crack injections, signage and lighting installation, and specialized bird abatement. He is highly experienced with industry-standard restoration materials including Dowsil 795, Dymonic FC100, TammsPatch II, and Dural 452.

Throughout his career, Anthony has worked on many of Central Texas’ most recognizable properties including The Independent, Fairmont Austin, JW Marriott, One Texas Center, the Texas State Capitol, St. David’s Hospital, Baylor Scott & White, and numerous historic restoration projects across the region.

Registration fees:

  • $40.00 for Engineer & Property Manager members
  • $50.00 for Vendor members
  • $65.00 for Guests who are not members (does not apply to vendors on wait list)
  • Walk-ins day of event will be charged $10 late registration fee
  • 48 hour cancellation notice required for refund
Lunch will be provided prior to training class.  Parking is free!
