We invite you to participate in supporting our local partner, Interfaith Action of Central Texas (iACT), at their Spring Blitz event on Saturday, April 18. We are seeking at least 20 volunteers to join the AAFAME team in painting a home near Hwy 183 and Loyola Rd.  Exact location will be shared before event to those registered.

The event will run from 8am to 4pm that Saturday. If you cannot be there the full day we will have morning and afternoon shifts as well (shown below).

A few additional details: 

• Only basic painting skills are required for this event. 
• All paint supplies are provided except for gloves.
• If time and manpower allows, there may be additional yard work needed.
• Breakfast & lunch will be provided.
• In the event of rain on April 18, the rain date will be April 25.

We will have three shifts:

• 8:00 am to 4:00 pm full day (10 openings) = 8 hours for incentive
• 8:00 am to 12:00 pm  (7 opening) = 4 hours for incentive
• 11:30 am to 4:00 pm (7 opening) = 4 hours for incentive
• We have a 30 minute overlap @11:30 to allow for lunch and transfer of duties to new volunteers.
• Please note we cannot leave project unfinished so there is a chance we can be there longer than 4:00 pm.
