With nearly two decades of experience in residential and commercial service, maintenance, and repair, he is known for his logical, precision-driven approach to problem solving. As Vice President of Rock Solid Paving & Coatings and Rock Solid Plumbing, Michaell combines field expertise with strong leadership, embracing new tools and technologies to advance the trade. His journey from apprentice to executive reflects his commitment to quality, growth, and excellence in the construction industry.
