Event Description
AAFAME will be assisting with the parade staging & distribution of refreshments.
We meet on the south side of the Congress bridge near the Bat Statue for assignments and briefing at 6:00 am. Parking information will be shared closer to the event.
Our job is to help approx 2,000 people and 200 vehicles safely in their marching order. The Parade Chairman will give us a formation list and we will greet people and guide them to their proper position. It's fun and easy until we start to get gridlocked.
We will also assist with distributing food to volunteers helping with parade.
