The course covers fire alarm systems, including their components and operational aspects, as well as the integration with ancillary systems such as elevator interfaces, HVAC and building automation interfaces, stair pressurization, smoke control integration, areas of rescue, and access control tie-ins. Additionally, the course delves into NFPA requirements related to fire sprinkler systems within commercial buildings. Participants will learn about the various types of fire sprinkler inspections required by NFPA and what to expect during these inspections.
