We would all like to have a little extra time in our day to finish that project, respond to one more email, or better balance our work and personal time. While it is not possible to create more time, we can learn better methods for managing the time that we have. Attend this workshop and study the techniques top performers use to plan their day and utilize their time in the most productive manner. During this workshop you will identify time wasters, learn to avoid procrastination, and apply a time management process to help you prioritize your tasks and achieve your goals.

Kevin Karschnik
Kevin Karschnik has been an entrepreneur and professional speaker for over 25 years. He currently works for 'iSpeak', a company he started in 1999 which is headquartered in Round Rock. He travels around the world facilitating workshops and delivering presentations for large companies like Dell, USAA, Texas Instruments, and Emerson. He teaches leaders how to structure their messages and how to communicate more effectively. Kevin is also the author of the book "Corporate Ovations: Your Roadmap to More Effective Presentations".
