In this class we will cover the basics of HVAC operation and the essential checks when performing a Preventive Maintenance. Whether you perform the PM yourself or review the vendor record sheets, you will have a better understanding of what makes a system operate efficiently, signs of possible problems, and testing methods for evaluating a system's condition.

Segdrick Jones is the Facilities Engineer for PerkinElmer, a biotech company. He has over 20 years of HVAC experience, mostly in the residential sector. With more than 9 years of teaching experience he is fully dedicated to self development through education. AAFAME has been a major contributor to his continued education since he joined the organization in 2017 and his goal is to continue that trend for as long as possible.
