Speaker Name & Bio: 
Scot S. Stringfellow, SMA, Chief Engineer at The Independent a Worth Ross Management Company (and this years AAFAME Vice President)
Scot Stringfellow has 30 years of experience in office, retail, and residential markets.  He started his career in apartment communities where he learned basic HVAC skills.  His first commercial building and central plant was at the One American Center at 600 Congress, as a Maintenance Engineer where he furthered his knowledge with commercial air conditioning including chill water & heat exchange.  Scot obtained his BOMI Designation to further his knowledge and earning potential.  Currently he serves as the Chief Engineer at The Independent were they use City of Austin’s Downtown District Cooling Loop.
Scot has 2 boys, his oldest has followed in his footsteps and works for the Kilgore Independent School District. His youngest son is a Fencing machine and wants to Fence in the Olympics.  My wife Amy and I have been married for 13 years; she works in the legal department at Dell Computers.
For fun Scott enjoys bike riding and playing drums.  He enjoys scuba diving in the Caribbean & at Lake Travis when he can’t get to the Ocean.
