Speaker Information - Kim Morgan
Senior Property Manager

With over 20 years’ experience serving the Commercial Real Estate industry, Kimberley Morgan has specialized in several areas of the industry including marketing, leasing, construction management and property management. Currently, Kimberley serves as the Senior Property Manager with Stream Realty Partners for 515 Congress Avenue, a 263,000 sq. ft high rise in the Central Business District of Austin, Texas. She has managed over 2.8 million square feet of commercial properties in total to date.

Kimberley is also a professional speaker who is passionate about focusing on property management skill sets, mentorship, leadership and teambuilding. She hopes to provide all attendees the tools needed to build and elevate the best team possible from her seminars.

She is a national dance champions in DFW Swing out. She has been a 24 Hr. Fitness instructor and trainer and was a 1st place Figure winner in a regional bodybuilding competition. Kimberley has built a notable career in her experience as a Senior Property Manager but her greatest accomplishment is being the proud parent of two college graduates, a daughter who is a high school biology teacher and her son whom will be attending Medical School this year. Parking is not included with registration fee
A $10 fee will be added for walk-ins who did not register by deadline.
