Managing the needs of all parties involved with a property can be complex and dynamic due to the different objectives and goals to be met. This workshop is designed to empower participants to manage conflict while maintaining successful relationships. Participants will learn the 5 modes of conflict, begin to build skills to address specific situations and learn how to appropriately bring resolution to situations.
