Within any company, there is always a need for someone who can direct a team of people, set goals, light a path, and persuade others to follow. Are you current leader at your company? Are you wanting to get promoted to a leadership position? Learn how to develop your leadership communication skills to drive performance during this interactive virtual workshop. Attendees will learn about different leadership communication styles and how to adapt their style to the situation (helpful at work and at home). Participants will also learn active listening best practices, techniques for motivating employees, and a proven process for coaching to improve skills and competencies – including how to deliver guidance (both correction and positive recognition). Instructor:  Kevin Karschnik is a keynote speaker - educating, empowering, and encouraging audiences worldwide. Kevin has taught tens of thousands of participants from across the USA, Panama, Scotland, the United Kingdom, Dubai, Singapore, Japan, and China. Kevin is a personable and engaging speaker who connects with audiences by tailoring his message and using his wealth of experience, diverse background, and passion to make a difference. As the author of ‘Corporate Ovations: Your Roadmap to More Effective Presentations’, his business workshops and keynotes have inspired audiences to improve their organizations – like Dell, Texas Instruments, and The Houston Astros – to communicate more effectively and create high performing teams. Kevin graduated from The University of North Texas and lives in Georgetown, TX with his wife Tracy. They have two children (Kip – a senior at Southwestern University, and Kait - a Freshman at the University of Texas in Austin). Kevin has lived in Texas for 40 years, loves to travel, serves as a board member for Texas Baptist Children’s Home, and can be found on most Sunday mornings preaching in the Austin area. and a proven process for coaching to improve skills and competencies – including how to deliver guidance (both correction and positive recognition).
