Incentive Program

FREE DUES & LUNCHEONS FOR 2025


AAFAME offers the following incentive program for those engineer members that volunteer & participate. This program will allow for engineers to get their dues & events for free (value of $985) if they meet the following criteria during 2024:

  • Attend a minimum of 6 COMMITTEE MEETINGS
    • You may need to serve on more than one committee to easily meet this goal
    • NEW THIS YEAR:  Incentive committee meetings DO NOT count towards the 6 meetings.
    • Please note that in order to get credit for committee meetings held via zoom, you must have your video camera on
  • Attend a minimum of 8 EVENTS
    • To include luncheons, training classes, building tours, professional series (above the 1 required below) or EXPO
    • * 2 of the 8 events must be a training class
    • Chili Slam attendance does not count toward event
  • Complete a minimum of 12 VOLUNTEER HOURS
    • Examples of Volunteer Hours:
    • Community Service Projects (will have both weekday and weekend opportunities)
    • Chili Slam, Adventure Fest & Vendor EXPO (before & during event)
    • Activities include:  building ramps, staging parade, painting, sorting food, landscaping, carpentry, registration desk and more!
    • * At least 1 volunteer opportunity must be a Community Services Event
  • Attend at least 1 PROFESSIONAL SERIES
    • to gain Leadership Development training
    • Typically have up to 4 per year
    • Attend more than 1 Professional Series and the additional will count towards 8 event requirement listed above

The engineer members that meet the above criteria not only get free dues & luncheons next year, but will also be entered into a drawing to win the following prizes (drawing typically held at January luncheon):

  • 1 winner will receive $1,000
  • 1 winner will receive $500
  • All others who completed the program will receive $200
  • Drawing to be held in January 2025


BONUS CREDIT


  • There will be an added $100 bonus for the individuals with the most events, committee meetings, training, & volunteer hours.  (1 per category)
  • Must complete the program to be eligible.
  • Total $400 additional funds distributed.
  • Will be awarded at the January 2025 luncheon.



If you completed last year's program, you do not need to sign up again unless you are changing or updating committees.
