"Indoor Air Quality"
PRESENTER: Greg Barnes, The RMR Group - Area Director of Engineer-Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma & Mississippi. Prior to joining The RMR Group, Greg was the Director of Engineering for CBRE's Austin, San Antonio and El Paso operations. He has 39 years of experience in commercial real estate facility/building management, building operations. Responsibilities have included equipment preventive maintenance and repair, construction bidding and management, technical training of personnel, energy reduction, operating and capital budget preparation, capital project implementation, monthly reporting, management of up to 25 personnel, building infrastructure/system replacement and life safety training/management programs. He is an accredited BOMI instructor and instructs local courses for the BOMI SMA, RPA and FMA accreditation. Greg is frequently asked to present local and national presentations related to building operations, evolving technologies and energy reduction strategies.
PRESENTER: Theresa Solari, Blackmon Mooring - Theresa is a graduate of Benedictine College, and comes to us from Alliance Healthcare Services, where she has spent the last six years managing the healthcare sector from Michigan to Alaska, and everything in between!
Prior to Alliance, she spent 16 years with various Fortune 500 healthcare-focused organizations including Abbot, Shering Plough and Alcon, where she was annually recognized for her sales achievements at all organizations. Theresa’s operational experience and knowledge of the industry will only further our reach in our healthcare vertical.
PRESENTER: Sandy Tipton, STipton Studio - Sandy has over 17 years of experience in commercial interior design, specializing in both corporate and medical office spaces.
With a clear vision to integrate her value for client service and her design experience, Sandy launched S. Tipton Studio in 2009. She is committed to providing her clients the information they need in order to make the best design decisions possible for their company.
As a native Texan with deep roots in Austin, she was drawn to Austin for its history, creative culture and natural beauty. When she’s not in the studio you can find her with her two dogs or out discovering a new restaurant.
PRESENTER: Seanna Ross, STipton Studio - Seanna has over 10 years of experience in commercial design and construction, with nearly half of that time spent in the world of acute healthcare design. She loves to be on the jobsite and uses her experience to develop sustaining solutions that improve corporate morale and promote relationships between caregivers and receivers.
Hailing from Pflugerville, Texas, she spends a lot of time exploring the Hill Country and surrounding areas with her family in tow. Seanna earned her BS in Interior Design from Texas State University.
